Description

This early to mid-19th century building is a two-window, three-storey property with a basement, situated on the south side of Camberwell New Road. The exterior is constructed of stock brick and features a stucco frieze, cornice, and a blocking course, as well as a stuccoed basement. The ground floor has a decorative arcade. The windows are sash windows set within stucco-lined reveals, each with a gauged brick arch, which are round on the ground floor. The front door is a six-panel design with wooden pilasters, a cornice head, and a patterned fanlight.
