Description
106-112 Camberwell New Road is a pair of early to mid-19th century buildings, each two storeys high with a basement. They feature stock brick construction and a moderately pitched slated roof. The main block has two windows, while there is one window in the set-back outer entrance bay. The first-floor sash windows have gauged flat brick arches and glazing bars, while the ground floor has long casements with iron balconies decorated with anthemion patterns. The basements are stuccoed, and there are six steps leading up to the doors, which have three wide panels and narrow panelled pilasters, topped with reeded heads and fanlights, some of which are patterned. These buildings are included for their group value.
