Description

98 Vassall Road is an early to mid-19th century, two-storey villa that is attached to No. 100. The building is constructed of stock brick and features a fairly low-pitched slated roof with end chimneys. There is a cill band at the first floor level. The sash windows, which have vertical glazing bars on the ground floor, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The door consists of three ornamental panels and has a cornice head, along with a plain fanlight set within a round-arched recess that includes impost blocks matching the window recesses.
