Description
This is an early to mid-19th century villa, originally with three windows, situated on Vassall Road. It is constructed of stock brick, with a fairly low-pitched slate roof featuring an eaves soffit. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; those on the ground floor are round-headed with radial glazing, set within round-arched recesses that rest on a stuccoed band at ground floor level. There are also wide basement windows. A set of nine rebuilt steps with wrought iron handrails leads to a six-panel door, which has a cornice head and patterned fanlight, also situated within round-arched recesses matching the windows.
