  1. Early-mid C19 stock brick villa of 2 storeys and basement. Three windows, with fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof, eaves soffit. Two-storey, one-window right extension has stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course. Basement stuccoed. Gauged brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor round-headed, with radial glazing, in round-arched recesses. Four stone steps to prostyle Tuscan porch over 6-panel door. Carriage doors in right extension.
