Description
No. 318 Kennington Road is part of a terrace built between 1790 and 1820. The building is constructed of stock brick in Flemish bond and features a mansard roof with end brick chimneystacks. It stands three storeys tall with attics and has two windows. The attic includes a 20th-century flat-roofed dormer with nine panes. The stone coping adds to its architectural detail. On the second and first floors, there are 12-pane sash windows with flat voussoirs. The ground floor features round-headed arched windows on the right side, while the left side has a round-headed doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight and a 20th-century six-panelled door. Above the ground floor window on the right, there is a stone panel that reads "Kennington Green." The property is also accompanied by 20th-century area railings.
