Description

No. 4 is a terrace house located on West Cliff Road in Ramsgate, built around 1830. It is constructed from white stock brick and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys, an attic, and a basement, topped with a parapet. There is a stack on the left side and one flat-roofed dormer. On the second floor, there are two glazing bar sash windows with gauged heads. The basement, ground, and first floors each have a bow window, with two glazing bar sashes on each of these floors. The ground floor features a half-glazed door set within a fluted columned doorcase to the right, topped by a semi-circular fanlight, and accessed by seven steps. The property is also noted for its fleur-de-lys railings.
