Description

This is a pair of late 18th-century houses located on Kennington Road. They are three storeys high with a basement, and each has two windows. The houses are constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set within gauged brick arches. The ground floor windows are round-headed and set in round-arched recesses. Narrower recesses on the ground floor contain six-panel doors, each with a cornice head and patterned fanlight, leading up seven steps with cast iron handrails; the door at No. 320 has been replaced. This property demonstrates group value from being part of a cohesive terrace.
