Description

This is an early to mid-19th century pair of buildings on Kennington Road. They are three storeys high, with an attic and basement, and each has two windows. The buildings are wide in proportion and constructed of stock brick, with a parapet front and a slated mansard roof featuring dormers. The windows have gauged brick arches and sash glazing with transoms and margin lights. A covered, trellised balcony with a leaded roof runs along the first floor, accessed by six steps leading to door terraces with wrought iron railings. The entrances feature six-panel doors and plain fanlights.
