  1. Tall, mid C19 villa of 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stucco. Low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep eaves soffit. Sash windows, with vertical bars on second floor, margin lights on ground floor, all with moulded architraves and those on ground and first floor with cornices and bracketed cills. Nine steps, with replaced side walls, to glazed double door with plain fanlight in enclosed porch with round-arched openings. Tall stuccoed end chimneys with cornices.
