Description

This is a mid-18th century terrace of six houses, numbered 104 to 112 Kennington Road. The houses are each three storeys high, with an attic and basement, and originally each had three windows. The exterior is stock brick with a stone-coped parapet, and a slated gambrel roof with dormers. The basement and ground floor are stuccoed with rustication. The sash windows have gauged flat brick arches, and their original bars have been removed. Four and three steps lead to the doors, which are of four fielded panels with a beaded panel above, and have plain fanlights within a square architrave, adorned with wreaths in the frieze and cornice above. The terrace is included on the list partly for its group value.
