123 and 125 Kennington Road are a pair of late 18th century buildings, originally three storeys with a basement and three windows each. Number 123 features a slightly set back added left entrance bay, while number 125 has a one-storey and basement right extension. Both buildings are constructed of stock brick and have a stone-coped parapet. They display gauged flat brick arches above the sash windows, with number 125's windows featuring glazing bars. Each building has steps leading to door terraces, which are equipped with wrought iron handrails and guard rails. The doors consist of four fielded panels and two beaded panels. Number 123 includes a cornice head and a plain fanlight, set within a round arched stuccoed recess that has key and impost blocks. In contrast, number 125 boasts an enriched Roman Doric doorcase with a pediment.
