Description
25 Walcot Square is an early to mid-19th century lodge-type cottage. It has one storey and a high basement, featuring two windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a parapet. The ground floor sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with moulded architraves, while the similar basement windows are topped with segmental brick arches. Access to the cottage is via six steps with a wrought-iron rail leading to a five-panel door. This door is complemented by a patterned rectangular fanlight and is set within a stucco surround that includes a cornice.
