Early-mid C19 lodge-type cottage. One storey and high basement, 2 windows. Stock brick with parapet. Moulded architraves to ground floor sash windows with glazing bars, and segmental brick arches to similar basement windows. Six steps with wrought-iron rail to 5-panel door, with patterned rectangular fanlight, in stucco surround with cornice.
