KENNINGTON ROAD SE11 1. (east side) 5023 Nos 127 and 129 TQ 3178 5/532

  1. Late C18 pair each originally three storeys and basement, three windows each. No 127 has added two-storey left bay and 129 a one-storey right bay. Stock brick with stone-coped parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. No 129 has full width patterned cast iron balcony on first floor and an added slated mansard with elliptical headed dormer. Six-panel doors. Steps to door terraces with wrought iron handrails and guard rails. No 127 has cornice head and fanlight in simple stucco door surround; No 129 has similar door treatment set in recess.
