This detached house was built in 1862 as part of the planned layout for Holland Park. It is constructed of stucco and has three storeys, an attic, and a basement. The facade is symmetrical, with a three-bay arrangement (1:1:1). The ground floor has channelling, and a central entrance is accessed by steps beneath a wrought and cast iron glazed canopy, supported by Doric half columns. Canted bay windows extend two storeys on either side, featuring Ionic pilasters to the upper storey. Pilasters also adorn the outer windows on the second floor, and a small balustraded balcony is positioned in front of the central window. A decorative cornice runs along the top of the building. The attic was remodelled in stucco, retaining its central window. Cast iron balconies are present on the ground floor.
