Small villa. c. 1830. Stock brick. Low-pitched hipped roof with projecting eaves and end stacks. Two storeys over basement, main facade three-window range: 6/6 sashes. Arched openings to ground floor, the sashes with margin and patterned lights. Slim Doric columns inset within doorway, and elaborate fanlight over. Plat band below square-headed first floor windows. Facade similar to houses on Ripplevale Grove (q.v.) a short way to south.
