Description

No. 9 Ripplevale Grove is a linked villa built between 1839 and 1841. It is constructed of yellow stock brick laid in Flemish bond and features a hipped roof made of Welsh slate, complete with ridge tiles, projecting eaves, and a brick stack on the right side. The entrance is located down an alleyway to the left. The building stands two storeys high and has a two-window range. The ground floor showcases gauged brick round arches above 6/6 sash windows that have Gothic-style glazing bars. The first floor includes a stucco sill band and gauged brick flat arches above additional 6/6 sash windows.
