Description

No. 20 Ripplevale Grove is a single house built between 1839 and 1841. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and has two storeys and a three-window range, making it double-fronted. The entrance features a round arch with an architrave, supported by Roman Doric columns, and includes a cornice and a fanlight with decorative glazing. The ground-floor windows are round-arched, while the first-floor windows are flat-arched, all featuring architraves and original design sashes. The house has boxed eaves, a hipped roof, and side stacks.
