Description
No. 276 is a small villa built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stucco details and stands two storeys tall with three bays. The front features windows that are 12-pane glazing-bar sashes. At the center, there is an Ionic entrance porch with a full entablature supported by free-standing columns. The frieze of the porch is decorated with fluting and rosettes. The entrance door has a rectangular fanlight with radiating glazing bars. There is a plain string course, and the central window on the first floor has an architrave and cornice supported by console brackets, while the other windows have flat arched heads. The villa also has a moulded eaves cornice. Modern flanking walls and railings are present.
