Description
The drinking fountain and lamp standard at the corner of Falkner Street is a late 19th-century structure made of granite, stone, and iron. It features an octagonal base with four rounded troughs for dogs and four scalloped bowls for humans. Above the base, there is a circular roll moulding adorned with semi-circular blocks for the fountains. At the top, a square stone moulded plinth supports a cast-iron lamp standard, although the lamp itself is missing.
