Description
198 and 200 Grove Street are two houses built in the 1830s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. The buildings rise three storeys with a basement and consist of five bays. There is a sill band on the first floor and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and small-paned casements. The entrances in the second and fourth bays are adorned with angle pilasters, entablatures, and four-panel doors. Decorative railings with heads surround the areas and steps.
