Description
Nos. 190, 192, and 194 on Grove Street are three houses built in the 1830s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house is three storeys tall with a basement and has two bays. There is a basement lintel band, sill bands on the first and second floors, and a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and small-paned casements. The entrance to No. 190 is adorned with flat pilasters and an entablature, while Nos. 192 and 194 share paired entrances that also have flat pilasters and an entablature, with outer pilaster strips supporting only the cornice. Each house has a two-panel door.
