Description

No. 3 Nelson Street is a villa built around 1830. It is two storeys high and has a rendered, painted exterior with a plinth. The roof is low-pitched, hipped, and covered with slate, featuring overhanging eaves. The villa has three windows, with two in a bow shape spanning both storeys on the south side. These windows are recessed, have sash frames, and retain their glazing bars, with block sills below. The entrance features a recessed late Victorian door, topped by an original fanlight that has radial glazing bars. Additionally, a glazed porch has been added to the front.
