  1. Early C19 villa (before 1837). Two storeys. Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. Painted brick. Recessed sash windows with segmental arched heads and glazing bars; ground floor windows of 3 lights. Wooden doorcase with pilaster strips and cornice; recessed doorway with rectangular fanlight and ½ glazed door.
