  1. Small villa circa 1830, originally facing Nelson Street. Two storeys stucco faced. Low pitch hipped slate roof projecting eaves Nelson Street front has bowed end. Two windows, recessed, sash, some glazing bars intact; and verandah on ground floor with tent hood on slender cast iron columns. Facing Melville Street a section of higher eleva- tion was added later in the C19 also stucco faced and the main entrance is is now on the front.
