Description

No. 307 is a villa built in 1847, constructed from gault brick with a hipped slate roof featuring two symmetrical internal stacks and bracketed eaves. The building has a double pile plan and stands two storeys tall. It is double fronted, with two recessed hung sash windows, each containing twelve panes. The ground floor windows are similar but larger and are positioned on either side of the doorway, which has a doorcase supported by plain pilasters, a frieze, and a narrow cornice. There are two steps leading up to a six-panelled door topped by a rectangular fanlight. A stone date panel is located on the right-hand side wall.
