Three single houses, now linked and adapted to four houses. 1839-41. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, stucco dressings, roof of slate. Originally, the houses were of three windows each and double-fronted, but nos 10-12 now have four windows each, through the addition of one bay, and nos 14-16 have two windows each, through the addition of one bay and subdivision. Round-arched entrance with Roman Doric columns, fanlight with decorative glazing and panelled door of original design. Ground-floor windows round-arched with heads of gauged brick; first-floor windows flat-arched with stucco sill band; hipped roofs; side stacks. Features of individual houses are: no 10 has a panel over entrance, newly carved with 'ISLEDON COTTAGE', sashes of original design to the ground floor, and a two-storey bay added to right; no 12 has sashes of original design and a two-storey bay added to right; the original third house now has a two-storey bay to right with a replica entrance to no 14, and sashes of original design to no 16.
