Description
96 and 96A Heath Street is a terraced house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted stucco and a slated mansard roof with dormers. The building has three storeys, an attic, and a basement, with two windows on the front. Pilasters at the corners extend to the full height of the house, supporting a cornice and a parapet that has balustraded panels in front of the dormers. The round-arched doorway includes a fanlight and a part-glazed door, while to the right is a 20th-century bow window. On the first floor, there are casement windows with margin glazing and blind boxes, and the second floor has recessed sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
