Description

The property comprises two terraced houses at 92 and 94 Heath Street, dating from around 1700 and significantly altered in the late 19th century. The construction is primarily brown brick with red brick detailing. The ground floors are stuccoed, and the roofs are tiled. The building is three storeys high with basements, displaying a six-window arrangement. Number 92 features a 20th-century shopfront. The doorways are square-headed, incorporating overlights and panelled doors. Flush-framed sash windows are set within gauged red brick flat arches with exposed boxing. A parapet tops the facade.
