Description

The property comprises four houses, now used as three dwellings, dating from the late 17th or early 18th century. The front facade was reconstructed in the mid-19th century using red brick, while a late 20th-century extension was added. The original timber frame remains, visible in the red brick sill and the dark weatherboarded rear range, with the front range being red brick and featuring dark weatherboarding on the front of number 39. The roofs are steep, with old red tile running parallel to the ridge.

The houses present as a two-storey block facing south, with four windows on the first floor and five on the ground floor. There are two entrances: a flat-roofed, boarded entrance to number 33 and a battened door to number 37 (number 35 does not exist). Each house has different window arrangements. Number 33 features three-light casement windows with small panes on both floors, with cambered arches above the ground-floor windows and doorway. A projecting gable chimney is located at the left-hand end. Number 37 has two two-light casements with leaded lights on the first floor and three on the ground floor, formerly a door, with cambered arches on both floors. Number 39 features flush three-light divided casement windows on each floor, larger on the ground floor. The rear range provides service rooms.

Internally, the houses retain heavy chamfered cross-beams.
