Description

The Bakers Arms is a block of two houses and a public house, built in the early to mid 19th century for the Bayford Estate. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and features a continuous hipped slate roof. The building is a long, two-storey structure facing west, with the southern half occupied by the public house. There is a carriageway that runs through the middle of the block, which is now blocked. The building has recessed sash windows with small panes, and there is a semi-circular window on the ground floor at the southern end. This property is included for its group value.
