House, formerly divided into 2. C16, with C19 alterations. Timber-framed and pebbledash-rendered. Plaintiled roof with a red brick ridge chimney-stack. 2-cell lobby-entrance plan with a red brick ridge chimney-stack. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics. The right half of the building has a sash window with a single vertical bar to lights in a flush cased frame to the upper storey and a larger similar window to the ground storey. The entrance door has been removed. The left half has a 2-light single bar casement window to the upper storey and a 16-pane sash window in a flush cased frame to the ground storey. Architraved boarded entrance door. Dormers in the roof. The gable end has a reinstated splash-board supported by shaped brackets. INTERIOR: jowled posts, roll-moulded beams and joists, notched feet to the rafters. The position of the joist stops indicates that the front was originally jettied.
