Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It features a timber framed construction that has been rebuilt or encased in brick at the ground floor, and the entire building is covered in pebbledash render. The roof is made of clay tiles, with some areas featuring bands of fishscale tiles. The house is two storeys high and has an H-plan layout, with a one-storey lean-to addition and attics at the rear.
On the south elevation, the ground floor includes a canted bay window on the left-hand cross-wing and another in the central block, both fitted with sash windows. These bays are connected by a tiled porch. The right-hand gable has French windows. The first floor features four two-light casement windows with glazing bars. The cross-wings have jettied attic levels. The entrance has a four-panel door, with the top pair being glazed. There are two red brick ridge stacks on the central block.
