Description
No. 58 Cotton End Road is a house, likely originally built as a pair, dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with red brick infill and has a thatched roof that is hipped at the west end. The building has a four-room plan and is one storey with attics. There is a variety of casement windows, with three on the ground floor and two in the eyebrow dormers. The house has two plank doors, with the right-hand one sheltered by a thatched porch. It includes one red brick ridge stack and one red brick integral stack at the east gable end. The west end bay is weatherboarded, as is a single-storey outhouse block that projects from the east end.
