Description

Spindle Cottage is an 18th century cottage located on Cotton End Road in Wilstead. It is timber framed with a colourwashed roughcast exterior and features a clay tile roof. The building is L-shaped, consisting of one storey and attics. The front elevation has two 2-light casement windows that flank an off-centre front door, which is situated under a gabled wooden porch. There are roughcast external stacks at both gable ends, with the eastern stack being particularly substantial.
