Description

Spuckles is a house that dates back to the 16th century, with early 19th century additions. It features a timber frame that is exposed, with plaster infill on the ground floor and weatherboarding on the first floor, which includes an additional bay made of red brick. The roof is plain tiled, with a lobby entry plan. The building has two storeys and a continuous jetty supported by brackets. The roof is hipped to the right and half-hipped to the left, with chimneys located at the left end and centre right. To the left, there is a gabled semi-dormer from the 19th century, while the first floor has three wooden casements and the ground floor has three three-light mullioned casements, along with a boarded door positioned to the centre right.
