Description

Nos. 2 and 3 on New Street are two dwellings that were originally four cottages, dating from the 18th century. To the left, there is a slightly lower section that appears to be a later addition. The buildings are timber framed, with No. 3 having a plastered exterior and No. 2 featuring mid-20th century textured render. They have a pantiled roof and are two storeys high. The front includes a range of four mid-20th century casement windows and two mid-20th century doors. There are two internal stacks, one located at the junction of the two sections. This listing is included for its group value.
