Description

Westview is a house that was later divided into two cottages. It dates from the early 17th century on the north side and the 18th century on the south side. The building is timber framed with roughcast render and a colourwashed brick gable end on the north side, topped with a pantiled roof. It has two storeys and a three-cell plan. The windows are mostly casement style, with various updates from the 20th century. The doorway is asymmetrical and features a boarded door. Inside, the space has been significantly altered, but some original framing is still visible. The first floor includes a blocked diamond mullion window and original floorboards.
