Description
Park Lane Cottage West is a house that has been converted into two dwellings. It dates from the mid-18th century and has undergone later alterations. The building is constructed of red brick and features a pantiled roof with a brick stack at the right end.
The exterior presents a two-storey front with two windows. A central six-panelled door, with the upper panels glazed, provides the main entrance. To the left of the door is a 20th-century two-light top-hung casement window, while to the right is a three-light equivalent window. All ground-floor openings are set under segmental arches, with the right-hand window in a widened opening. The first floor is illuminated by a mix of one, two, and three-light top-hung 20th-century casement windows.
The interior has not been inspected.
