Description
13 and 15 Park Lane are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century with later alterations. They are constructed of red brick and feature a pantile roof with a central transverse ridge stack.
The houses are two stories tall with a dormer attic. The front is symmetrical with two windows, one for each house. Number 13 has a half-glazed door on the right side, while number 15 has a 19th-century panelled door on the left. Between the doors, there are two 6/6 unhorned sash windows, with two similar windows on the first floor, all of which have gauged skewback arches. Each house has one raking dormer; number 13 features a 3/3 unhorned sash window, while number 15 has a 20th-century casement window.
The interior has not been inspected.
