Description
This is a late 18th-century house with alterations from the 19th century, located on Park Lane, Southwold. The house is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and a central ridge stack. It has two storeys and a two-window front, set on a moulded plinth that aligns with the neighbouring properties at numbers 16 and 18. The front features a 6-panel door with glazed upper panels, positioned to the left of a 2/2 pane hornless sash window, both with gauged skewback arches above. The first floor contains two 6/6 pane unhorned sash windows. The interior remains uninspected.
