Description

Wellesley Cottage is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a front made of gault brick, topped with a roof of black-glazed pantiles and featuring brick end stacks.

The exterior has a two-storey front with three windows. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with an overlight that has crossed glazing bars, all set beneath a gauged skewback arch. The outer bays are full-height canted bay windows, which are fitted with unhorned sash windows in configurations of 4/4 and 8/8, all under concrete lintels. The window in the center of the first floor is a 6/6 unhorned sash, also set beneath a gauged skewback arch. The interior has not been inspected.
