Description
Park Lane Cottage is a late 18th-century house that has been divided into two dwellings. It is constructed of red brick and features a roof made of black-glazed pantiles, along with a brick stack.
The exterior showcases a two-storey gable wall facing the street with irregular window placement. The panelled front door is flanked by 6/6 sash windows on either side, and there are similar windows on the first floor, all set under gauged skewback arches. The left side of the building has a one-window front, with both floors featuring 8/8 unhorned sashes; the ground floor window is also topped with a gauged skewback arch. A dentil eaves cornice adds detail to the roofline, while the rear of the building includes a full-height outshut.
The interior has not been inspected.
