Description
Nonum is a late 18th century house that has been divided into two dwellings. It is constructed of brick and features a first-floor band, a pantiled roof, and a coped verge on the right side, with end brick stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with two sets of two bays. It is adorned with 12-pane sash windows that have rubbed brick voussoirs above them. There are two door openings: to the right, there is a six-panelled door with a transom light, panelled jambs, and a flat hood supported by wooden brackets. To the left, there is an inserted door opening with a four-panelled door and a transom light above.
