Description

Magnolia House is an 18th-century house with early 19th-century alterations, located on the west side of Mill Street in North Petherton. The building features Flemish bond brickwork and rusticated dressed stone quoins, along with a first-floor band and wide bracketed eaves. It has a double Roman tile roof and is two storeys high with three bays. The windows are 16-pane sash windows with brick voussoirs, except for a two-light casement with glazing bars located in the centre of the first floor. The entrance consists of a central half-glazed door topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
