Description
No. 37 is a house in a terrace, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a rendered plinth and side wall, topped with a hipped pantile roof and featuring one brick ridge chimney. The house has two storeys and two first-floor windows. To the right of the centre, there is a six-panelled door with a plain overlight and panelled reveals, flanked by fluted pilasters and a Triglyph frieze. To the right, there is a round-headed passage arch. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with cambered brick arches. This house projects forward from the building line and is located at the corner of the street.
