Description

No. 1 Victoria Street is an early 19th-century house with a yellow brick facade and a hipped slate roof. It features a rendered wing on the right and two brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has three first-floor windows. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with a plain overlight and a simple doorcase supported by pilasters. The 16-pane sash windows have flat gauged brick arches, with the ground floor windows set in round-headed recesses. The small wing to the right includes a recessed porch and one first-floor window with large panes. This property is likely a flying freehold above part of No. 2 Victoria Street.
