Description

No. 68 Bracondale is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of yellow brick and features a pantile roof with a single brick ridge chimney. The house has two storeys and three symmetrical first-floor windows. Access is provided by three steps leading up to a six-panelled door, which includes two glazed panels, set in plain reveals and framed by a fluted doorcase that has corner roundels and a small hood. The main ground and first-floor windows are fitted with 16-pane sashes, and the building is topped with a modillion cornice.
