Description

This is a mid-to-late 19th-century house located on the south-east side of St. Stephen's Road. The ground floor is rusticated, with yellow brick above, and rendered details. The roof is hipped and covered in pantiles, with a gable-front. The house is three storeys high, featuring one window on the first and second floors facing St. Stephen’s Road. A 20th-century glazed porch provides access on the right side. The windows have lugged architraves with consoles on the first floor, and contain 20th-century glazing. The second floor has a fixed window with glazing bars. A glazed first-floor verandah is located on the right elevation, topped with an open trellis. The house was built as an extension to No. 1 Victoria Street.
