TG 2309 SW CALVERT STREET (east side) 11/125 5.6.72 No.11. GV II House. Late C18 with C20 renovation. Red brick and pantile roof. The building is ranged at right angles to the street line. 2 storeys. Street facade:- 3 bays. Door to left-side with plain double-order pilasters, open pediment and semi-circular fanlight. Sash windows throughout with keystone at ground floor. Small bracket cornice.
